How I will receive my tickets?

In our points of sale will be delivered in physical format the tickets that will allow you to access our service.
Tickets purchased through the web will be sent to the email provided during the purchase process. You will receive one voucher with your tickets information and your personal details.

Can I get discounts for groups?

If you are part of a group, you must tell us how many tickets you would need and we would inform you of the options available. If you plan to travel in a group, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with your request in our email

Are there special prices for age?

Yes, we have special rates for age groups: children, seniors, and young people. The prices are indicated in each product offered. We invite you to see our offers for our tourist bus and our tourist bus+ guided tour.

Can I cancel my purchase?

Once you have completed the purchase process you will not be able to cancel it. You can find more information in our Cancellation Policy section.

If I lose the bus can I catch another day?

Our service is daily and you can buy another ticket for the next day but in any case, will you be refunded the money for not using the service because you missed the bus.

Can I use my ticket more times?

No, tickets can only be used on the day and hours chosen.

What happens if I lose the ticket?

If you lose the bus, we offer daily tours and you could buy another ticket for the following day, but in any case, we will refund your money.

Can I use my ticket several times?

No, your ticket it must be used on the selected date.

Can anybody else use my ticket?

Tickets belong to the buyer. In case of a conflict before getting on the bus we will check the details provided during the purchase process and your ID.

What happen if I lose my ticket?

If you can’t find your ticket we would need you purchase data to check it in our system.
We will ask you to show us your purchase confirmation and your ID.

If I get wrong with the tour’s date can I modify it?

In case you get wrong with the date we beg you send us an email with this information at sales@expresstoledo.com, we only can accept changes 24 hours before the departure’s date. If we don’t reply you in 1 hour you can contact us by this phone + 34 622 37 00 39 or fill this form.

Have I to print these tickets?

We recommend you print your tickets to make easier the bus’s access. If you can´t print them our assistant will ask you to show the voucher that you have received and your purchase details, and your ID.

Can I book tickets for someone else?

Yes, filling our purchase’s form with the details of the person who is going to travel.
I think that I have made the payment, but I didn’t receive any confirmation email.
You will receive our confirmation email with the voucher some minutes after the payment is done. If this doesn’t happen we recommend you check with your bank if the payment is done. In case you have you have made the payment please check if you have received our email in your spam folder. If you can’t find this email contact us.

Is it safe the payment system?

Yes, we guarantee that our payment system is safe in every available method.
I have paid by Paypal and the total amount includes a few centimes more.
The Paypal system charges a commission of 2% to the final amount. In this case, we also pay this commission.

Does Express Toledo depart if it’s raining or if the weather is bad?

Yes, our service works everyday despite the bad weather.

Children under 10 years old who travel free, have they their own seat?

Children under 3 years old with travel in their parent’s lap. However older children will travel in their own seat.
