EXPRESS TOLEDO offers tickets for the service of tour to Toledo from Madrid offering different rates and options by age or route and chosen attractions.
Tickets will only be valid for one day (on the date selected by the buyer).
If during the bus trip you would like to expand your service, selecting our guided tour, the tourist bracelet or the zipline, you can contract through our staff, who will inform you about the conditions and rates of the service.
The tickets for Toledo include the round trip in the indicated date and schedule of the service. The specifications of the service are described in the section of each product.

The entrance to the bus or participation in the additional services will not be allowed without a ticket accrediting the purchase of this service.
It is forbidden to provide false data or manipulate the tickets purchased to be reused by another person or more times than allowed.
We advise you to check your belongings before leaving the bus or during any of the tours offered, EXPRESS TOLEDO is not responsible for items lost or forgotten during our service.
The company EXPRESS BUS reserves the right of admission to its service. Violent attitudes, or irresponsible behavior with the rest of the passengers, will not be allowed. Misuse of the bus (breakage, vehicle mistreatment or unhygienic behavior) will be grounds for expulsion. In case of expulsion of the vehicle it will not be possible to return the money.
Children must travel with a parent or an adult, they can not travel alone. For each free entry of a child (until 10 years old) must acquire an adult.

Tickets purchased online or at physical point of sale will be essential to use the service and get on the bus.
The purchased ticket will be sent to the e-mail that you have provided in your purchase. The staff of our bus will require your tickets. They may be requested at any time by authorized personnel.
The loss of the tickets will not be justified cause for the customer to use the service. If you have any doubts, you can go to our CONTACT section.
The buyer will inform in his purchase about: his name, number of tickets and selected offer. You will also be asked for your personal data and bank details to formalize the reservation. This information will not be disseminated or used against what is regulated in Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data.
Adverse weather conditions or the holding of an event outside our service will not be grounds for return your money.
Neither will it be considered a reason for return that the customer can not make use of the service on the date acquired of the same, in accordance with the current regulations on consumption and retail management.
The client must be at the stop at the selected time. If you are not at the stop and lose the bus service it will not be possible to proceed with a refund of the cost of the ticket. There isn’t possibility to use the service another day without paying another ticket for that new day.
It will not be possible to cancel the purchased tickets once the purchase process has been completed.
